DoorDash is seeking a Director of Data Science to lead the NV Consumer team, shaping measurement, product analytics, and the data foundations that accelerate cross‑functional decision making. You will build a high‑performing team, develop decision frameworks, and raise the speed and quality of insights across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• Experience leading senior teams and developing managers.
• Proven track record in experimentation and causal inference.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a data science and analytics team across a portfolio from early-stage to high-traffic surfaces.
• Own analytical direction for NV Consumer, including metrics, frameworks, and scaled experimentation.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Strategy & Operations, Design, and Finance to influence roadmap and investments.
• Build data foundations and enable cross-functional decision-making with AI-enabled tooling.
