Qualifications

• Requires strong data science, statistics, or research methods experience.
• Hands-on data analysis with Python or R and SQL preferred.
• Experience supervising or leading analysts is required.
• US Citizenship required for government contracts.
• Minimum 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Data and Analytics function and manage analytical backlog.
• Advise on research methodologies, data collection strategies, and program evaluation.
• Design and oversee government-directed program evaluations and ROI analyses.
• Ensure data quality, reproducible methodology, and compliance with IL5, HIPAA, and privacy policies.
• Translate priorities into analytical requirements and develop performance measures and dashboards.
• Prepare reports and briefings for government leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with government data teams on data access and standards.
• Maintain currency in statistics, AI/ML, data engineering, and visualization tech.
• Lead and mentor data science personnel and oversee training programs.
