Qualifications

• Experience with IO-Psychology or human capital consulting.
• Ability to develop reports and briefings for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience with data collection, analytics, and visualization products (Power BI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation of client requirements and goals and contribute to strategies and work products.
• Support organizational assessment, workforce planning, organizational strategy, and competency modeling.
• Support data collection, analytics, and visualization tools and processes.
• Develop data visualization products in Power BI preferred but not required.
• Collaborate with team members on tasks and deliverables.
• Prepare client-facing reports, briefings, and memos; maintain version control and archiving.
• Participate in client meetings and briefings with stakeholders; manage timelines and monthly reports.
