Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, gathering and documenting requirements for IT system solutions. You will serve as the primary interface between business and IT teams, delivering functional and non-functional requirements to solution architects and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Level I requires an Associate degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of data flow diagrams, UML or capabilities matrices.
• Basic understanding of data and systems analytics skills.
• Experience writing requirements or user stories that are clear and concise.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and gather requirements.
• Creates functional and non-functional requirements based on stakeholder needs.
• Develops understanding of the business, application, and data domain.
• Defines scope for work items in an iterative release process.
