Qualifications

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related technical field and four years of related experience required.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience administering fundraising CRM databases and experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Office 365.

Responsibilities

Lead gathering and analysis of reporting requirements and development of custom queries and reports.
Coordinate development, integration, and automation of CRM reporting environments and related systems with stakeholders, vendors, and IT.
Lead benchmarking and strategic reporting initiatives using external data sources to inform fundraising performance and executive decision‑making.
