Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related experience required.
• Training and administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and evaluation leading to development or improvement of administrative policies, practices, programs preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of public administration principles, practices, and methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access, compile, analyze, and present information and data to the Associate Dean, Dean, and other offices.
• Perform administrative, technical, and analytical duties and day-to-day administration related to academic operations in the college.
• Coordinate the college’s RTP and faculty review processes, RSCA award process, sabbatical leave process, lecturer performance evaluation process, and other faculty-related duties.
• Develop and maintain college guides on university and college policies and procedures; provide orientations and training as needed.
• Attend workshops and trainings; stay abreast of changes in university and college policies.
• Serve as scholarship administrator for the college.
• Participate in university sponsored task forces or programs on student success.
