Job summary

Auburn University invites applications for the Director, Advancement Business Systems. The role oversees Auburn Advancement's CRM, related integrations, reporting and data governance, leading a team to maximize CRM capabilities and drive strategic objectives across campus.

You will partner with leaders across the university to align data strategy with philanthropic goals, implement system upgrades, ensure data integrity, and promote best practices in change management and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in advancement strategic initiatives, project management, CRM system administration, data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team in managing the Advancement CRM, integrations, reporting and related tools to support operations.
• Oversees upgrades, maintenance, and CRM development with external partners for Advancement use.
• Partners with leaders to develop cross-campus CRM objectives in support of Advancement priorities.
• Develops cross-campus partnerships to maximize data utilization for philanthropic goals.
• Drives CRM enhancements, data migrations, and dashboards with a focus on data integrity.
