California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) is seeking an analytical administrator to support the College of Business operations and the Associate Dean’s office. The role conducts complex studies, manages data, and ensures policy compliance across multiple college processes.

Responsibilities include RTP coordination, data reporting, and training staff on procedures while contributing to student success and institutional effectiveness within a collaborative university environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access, compile, analyze, and present information and data to leadership.
• Perform administrative, technical, and analytical duties for academic operations.
• Coordinate RTP, tenure, promotion reviews, and related faculty processes.
• Respond to inquiries with timely, tactful information on college operations.
• Develop and maintain guides and training on university policies and procedures.
• Attend workshops to stay current with university policy changes.
