Everforth Apex Systems in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage the request intake platform, coordinate reporting for audits, and oversee data-exception resolution. You will collaborate with business partners to ensure priority requests are delivered on time and help define new checks to maintain health of data processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Strategic thought and execution in turning data into an executive-level consumable format.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

• Relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain our request intake platform/process for reporting requests.
• Oversee request prioritization routines with business partners to ensure priority requests are completed on time.
• Coordinate reporting deliverables supporting exams and audits.
• Ensure the timely resolution of exceptions related to data team processes.
• Define and oversee the development of new exception checks to keep data platform health up to date.
• Create and enforce standards and best practices for data import and transformation code creation.
• Create and manage transformation projects related to converting existing data processes to target state tools.
• Manage the Metric and Report Inventories for GMO.
