  • Maintain clean, well-organized student and program records within CCAPE's student information systems and databases (e.g., Jenzabar, Salesforce, Excel, Literacy, Adult and Community Education System (LACES)), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with the Grants Director, Grant Accountant, managers, and program coordinators to gather and verify data needed for grant deliverables, performance metrics, and outcome reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain summary reports and dashboards that help CCAPE leadership monitor program placement rates, and outcome trends.

  • Share job opportunities from employer partners with graduates, coordinating with the program staff.
  • Coordinate with program coordinators and instructors to identify students who may need additional placement support and refer them to appropriate resources.
  • Support job fairs and hiring events led by program staff, and attend selected events related to placement and outcomes.
