Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation breaks within SLA guidelines.
• Support month-end transactional and quality controls.
• Assist data flow management and quality of investment data.
• Identify and troubleshoot accounting/data issues.
• Analyze fee billing and returns data for accuracy.
• Help document and improve department procedures.
• Support problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Organize processes and track team goals.
• Validate performance returns using weighted calculations.
• Create and maintain procedures and training materials.
