Job summary

LPL Financial LLC in Tempe, AZ seeks an Associate Data Recon Analyst to provide Advisory Accounting support by identifying, troubleshooting, and solving data issues. You will own reconciliation breaks within SLA, support month-end controls, and help ensure accurate fee billing across investment data.

You will collaborate with Analysts and Senior Analysts to document procedures, improve processes, and train teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; industry experience preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
• Basic SQL knowledge and data management familiarity.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; able to work independently in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

• Own reconciliation breaks and ensure completion within SLA.
• Support month-end transactional and performance quality controls.
• Assist data flow management and ensure accurate processing of investment data.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve accounting and data issues.
• Analyze and address discrepancies affecting fee billing calculations.
• Support process improvement and document procedures for the team.
