Job summary

LPL Financial is hiring an Associate Data Recon Analyst to support Advisory Accounting and Performance & Data Reconciliation. The role focuses on identifying and solving accounting and data issues, while documenting processes and supporting month-end controls.

The team collaborates with Analysts and Senior Analysts to ensure accurate reconciliation, data quality, and timely reporting. A client-focused, fast-paced environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial services with client facing or operations experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables, formulas.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own accountability to fulfill and complete reconciliation breaks within SLA.
• Perform month-end transactional and performance quality controls.
• Support data flow management and quality control for investment data.
• Identify, troubleshoot and solve accounting and data issues.
• Validate performance returns using time- and money-weighted calculations.
