LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Analyst in the Performance and Data Reconciliation team to became the SME for Client Reporting Applications. You will respond to client inquiries, handle advanced escalations, and collaborate on 3rd party reporting and PDR processes on the CRSST team.

The role emphasizes professional client interactions, continuous improvement, and staying current with industry practices while supporting various client reporting duties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in financial services with client facing or operations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize to meet regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop SME knowledge of Client Reporting Applications and software.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries with effective resolutions.
• Own advanced Client Reporting escalations as a liaison.
• Collaborate on 3rd Party Reporting and PDR Level II processes.
• Identify trends and propose operational improvements.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.
