Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance or testing roles.

• Strong test planning, execution, and defect reporting.

• Ability to drive governance and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing governance across multiple projects, releases, and environments.
• Maintain visibility into testing scope, readiness, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with leaders to align test coverage with requirements and integration points.
• Provide structure for defect governance, triage, and closure.
• Deliver clear progress reports for project and leadership audiences.
