Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager for Data Quality & Data Governance Testing in the United States. Lead end-to-end testing across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake to ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Collaborate with Data Engineers, Governance teams, and stakeholders to deliver trusted data solutions. You will drive testing strategy, QA processes, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, reliable, and scalable data platforms supporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading testing for enterprise data platforms and governance.
• Hands-on with Ataccama Data Quality and Collibra platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation expertise.
• Experience validating ingestion pipelines in Snowflake.
• Knowledge of metadata, data lineage, and governance policies.
• Experience developing test strategies and defect management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing of Data Quality solutions across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake environments.
• Validate data quality rules, governance policies, and data lineage.
• Execute data ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation testing.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks for DQ validation and data pipeline verification.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Governance, and Business teams to resolve defects and support releases.
