Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Test Manager for Data Quality & Data Governance Testing to lead end-to-end testing across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake environments. You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Governance teams, and stakeholders to deliver trusted, high-quality data solutions.

The role focuses on testing strategy, QA processes, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate, reliable data platforms that support critical business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience leading testing for enterprise data platforms.
• Hands-on with Ataccama Data Quality and Collibra Data Governance.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience validating data ingestion pipelines in Snowflake.
• Knowledge of metadata management and data lineage.
• Experience developing test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing of Data Quality solutions across Ataccama, Collibra, and Snowflake.
• Validate data quality rules, governance policies, and data lineage for compliance.
• Execute ingestion, transformation, and reconciliation testing for data accuracy.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for data validation and pipeline verification.
• Collaborate with data engineering, governance, and business teams to resolve defects.
