Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Data Management/Quality Specialist to monitor and coordinate data tasks, manage EMR/OASIS-related reporting, and support audits and provider training in a structured environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of data management experience, with strong Excel and organizational skills. This on-site position is located at the CMH Administration Building and reports to the Chief Program Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Four years of verifiable experience in data management, training, audits, plans of correction, public speaking, and/or quality preferred.
• Two or more years working in an EMR system preferred.
• Must have excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Windows and excellent organizational, verbal and communication skills.
• Excel, keypad, and Pivot Table testing will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, coordinate, complete, and assist with Data Management tasks.
• Enter and track data related to CMH and data management.
• Generate reports and provide EMR/OASIS training and assistance.
• Assist with internal/external audits and plans of correction.
• Coordinate provider enrollment and training records.
