Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software quality engineering or related roles in complex enterprise environments.
• STLC knowledge including test design, execution, defect management and quality metrics.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing strategies across multiple systems and teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into quality solutions and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end QE strategy across multiple systems and teams.
• Define and execute a modern testing roadmap including functional, integration, regression and performance testing.
• Embed quality into Agile delivery and integrate testing into Scrum/Kanban workflows.
• Lead enterprise testing efforts by identifying risks and quality gaps and guiding resolution.
• Expand test automation to improve coverage, speed and stability while reducing manual effort.
• Partner with engineering, product, data and infrastructure teams to promote shared ownership.
• Deliver reporting, metrics and insights that inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and coach team members on modern quality engineering practices.
