Job summary

Overtown Youth Center is seeking a Data and Quality Assurance Program Manager in Miami to oversee data systems, collection, reporting, compliance, and QA for the Program Department. You will work with leadership to ensure accurate decision-making and timely funder reporting.

You will supervise data staff, develop standardized data protocols, perform audits, and produce dashboards to monitor enrollment, attendance, and outcomes. A collaborative, impact-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 3–5 years in program data management and QA or related.
• Experience with youth development, education, or nonprofit programs preferred.
• Strong Excel, databases, dashboards, and reporting tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and improvement of program data systems and workflows.
• Supervise data entry staff and program teams for compliance and quality.
• Develop standardized data collection and reporting protocols.
• Conduct data audits, quality checks, and program reviews.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to monitor outcomes and trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive data-driven improvements.
