Join Exigent Services as a Data/PRS Analyst and be part of a dynamic team supporting the Defense Suicide Prevention Office (DSPO) by maintaining PRS tracking, compliance reporting, dashboard inputs, data quality controls, trend analysis, and automated capture recommendations for manual and Government-approved automated PRS workflows.
The Data/PRS Analyst will:
- Maintain PRS trackers, workflow records, and controlled documentation
- Validate incoming data, SRT report inputs, and data quality controls
- Monitor reporting timelines, compliance status, and workflow completion
- Prepare quarterly and annual reporting inputs for Government review
- Analyze trends, gaps, risk patterns, and reporting issues to support decision-making
- Support dashboard development, automated capture recommendations, and Government-approved workflow improvements
- Document validation rules, workflow controls, and applicable data-handling practices
For this position, you will have:
- Mandatory bachelor’s degree in psychology, applied psychology, psychometrics, behavioral data science, public health psychology, or psychology-centered analytics field
- Coursework or experience in statistics and data analytics required
- Experience with Excel, dashboards, workflow tracking, compliance reporting, and controlled records
- Experience with data quality control, trend analysis, validation processes, and reporting inputs
- Ability to protect military PII, CUI, and controlled data where applicable
