Job summary

enGen is seeking a Data Protection Engineer to implement and maintain data protection infrastructure across on‑prem and cloud environments. You will work with senior engineers, deploy DLP/DSPM solutions, and contribute to policy development and incident response.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, scripting, and collaboration to enhance security posture. The position requires 5 years in DLP, information security, and infrastructure deployment, with preferred experience in cloud providers

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with Data Loss Prevention
• 5 years of experience with Information Security and Systems Analysis
• 5 years of experience with deploying and maintaining infrastructure for DLP software
• 5 years of experience with creating and managing DLP policies

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain components of the data protection infrastructure across platforms, deploying DLP, DSPM and de-identification solutions.
• Design and implement data protection solutions across on-premises and cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Configure and maintain data protection policies, sensitive information types, detection tuning, exception lists.
• Troubleshoot data protection incidents, perform root-cause analysis, escalate as needed.
