Job summary

Community Care Alliance in Woonsocket, RI seeks a Department Data and Support Specialist to manage data, support reporting, and assist with program activities in Youth Services.

You will work with the Director and staff to ensure accurate data collection, contract compliance, and effective service delivery for projects like No Limits and Project LEARN, while engaging clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required with evidence of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Education, or a related field preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
• Experience with databases, data tracking, reporting, or program administration preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate program data and reporting in systems including LACES, EmployRI, CODECT, and SPARS.
• Support participant registration, enrollment, recordkeeping, and program monitoring.
• Assist with tracking program outcomes and contract compliance requirements.
• Support the No Limits Program through outreach, participant engagement, family events, and community partnerships.
• Provide support for youth participating in Harbour Youth Center after-school and drop-in programming.
• Assist with referrals, resource connections, and program development activities.
