Job summary

Aon is seeking an Enterprise Data Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise data products that enable growth, analytics, and AI-powered decision-making across Aon Affinity. You will serve as the link between business stakeholders, product domains, data analysts, and engineering teams.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, Security, and Technology to deliver secure, governed data solutions, driving data quality and stewardship.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or data product management experience.
• Experience translating business problems into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience with data governance, analytics, AI/ML initiatives, or enterprise data capabilities.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage enterprise data product roadmaps, priorities, and investment decisions.
• Partner with leaders across multiple domains to identify data opportunities and outcomes.
• Translate needs into scalable data products including datasets, APIs, and semantic models.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching to analysts and product contributors.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Architecture, and Security to deliver secure data solutions.
• Measure adoption, outcomes, and ROI, continuously improving data products.
