Qualifications

• 5+ years applied experience in product management for data/analytics.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to gather requirements and define workflows, KPIs, and metrics.
• Experience within data governance frameworks across multi-domain enterprises.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, product, operations, and governance partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication tailored to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify automation opportunities and data-driven decision points.
• Define data domain concepts and metrics to enable reuse across teams.
• Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to deliver curated datasets and metrics layers.
• Apply governance practices across a multi-domain enterprise and manage change control.
• Drive product adoption via training, documentation, and office hours; embed analytics into operating rhythms.
• Manage backlog, releases, and deprecation; align with risk and control expectations.
• Communicate metrics and analytics clearly to intended audiences and channels.
