LI.FI is seeking a Data Product Lead to own the Data team's direction and output. You will balance hands-on analytics—deep-dives, dashboards, business cases—with strategic product thinking, prioritisation, and stakeholder management.

You’ll report to the CTO and line-manage the Data team, co‑own the roadmap with the Data Tech Lead. This remote role is within the EMEA region, with responsibilities spanning data governance, metrics, and storytelling to drive decisions across the company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work with leadership experience.
• Expert SQL for independent data validation and extraction.
• Hands-on analytics: dashboards and BI reports in Omni/Superset or similar.
• Strong business/product mindset using data to drive revenue/growth.
• Technical depth to partner with data engineers on warehouses and pipelines.
• Proven stakeholder management across product, engineering, finance, and leadership.
• Strong data storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Crypto/DeFi domain experience in a data role.
• Comfort with a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Responsabilités

• Own data team's priorities, intake, and triage; lead planning, reviews, and workshops.
• Hands-on analytics: deep-dives, dashboards, business cases, and weekly/monthly reports.
• Partner with product managers to embed tracking and align data roadmaps.
• Translate business questions into specs, metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as the quality gate for analyses, dashboards, and datasets.
• Coach and develop the Data team and improve problem framing and communication.
• Co-own roadmap with Data Tech Lead to ensure infra serves business needs.
