Job summary

LI.FI is seeking a senior Data leader to guide the Data team, shape analytics strategy, and collaborate with the CTO. You will balance hands-on analytics with product thinking, lead planning ceremonies, and mentor data engineers.

You will partner with Product Managers, embed tracking in PRDs, and ensure datasets meet quality standards while driving data-driven revenue and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data product work with leadership experience.
• Expert SQL to pull, validate, and challenge data independently.
• Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools like Omni or Superset.

About the role

LI.FI is building data products to support company wide decision making. This role owns the direction and output of the Data team, combining hands on analytics with product thinking and team leadership. You will report to the CTO and line manage the Data team, partnering with the Data Tech Lead on the technical roadmap.

What you'll do

• Own the Data team's priorities, intake, triage, and planning ceremonies
• Perform hands on analytics work including deep dives, dashboards, business cases, and recommendations
• Partner with Product Managers to embed tracking and success metrics into PRDs and align roadmaps
• Translate stakeholder questions into clear specs, metric definitions, and acceptance criteria
• Quality gate for analyses, dashboards, and datasets before distribution
• Coach and develop the Data team and collaborate with the Data Tech Lead on the roadmap
