Ford seeks a Data Product Manager based in Dearborn, MI to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a data ingestion platform that handles structured, unstructured, real-time, and batch data from diverse sources.

You will combine data engineering concepts with product management best practices to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions, with relocation assistance possible for qualified candidates in a hybrid onsite role four or more days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, focused on data products.
• 3+ years defining and executing product roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data ingestion platform.
• Elicit and prioritize requirements from stakeholders across the organization, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, and launch features for the data ingestion platform.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and updates.
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and identify areas for improvement.
