Job summary

• 5+ years in product management or related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in agile settings.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end product lifecycle activities.
• Focus on data accuracy, security, and operational excellence.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product vision aligned to business goals and compliance needs.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: discovery, ideation, requirements, prioritization, delivery, and optimization.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog balancing value, UX, risk, reliability, and timelines.
• Lead stakeholder engagement to translate needs into scalable roadmap features.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance and business units across regions.
• Champion process simplification and automation to reduce manual work and risk.
• Ensure data quality, security, and data governance ownership.
• Define and communicate product success metrics and provide analytics to leadership.
• Deliver clear updates and roadmaps to senior leaders and steering committees.
• Lead and coach a product team fostering growth, trust, and delivery discipline.
