Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Python, SQL, and Excel for data tasks.
• Familiar with Power BI, PowerApps, and automation tools.
• Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint knowledge.
• Awareness of AI/ML and data visualization concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building scalable digital tools to enhance supplier performance and procurement.
• Support automation and analytics projects using platforms like Power BI, PowerApps, and Python.
• Collaborate with capacity, quality, and procurement teams across MP sites in Mexico and the U.S.
• Engage in a fast-paced, tech-forward environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Participate in agile digital initiatives driving impact across the North American supply base.
• Help collect and organize supplier data for cross-location analysis.
• Build basic dashboards to track supplier performance.
• Organize and clean supplier data.
• Test and develop new digital tools and give feedback.
