Aquent in Evansville, IN is seeking a Data Management Associate to support data integrity across databases. The role includes data entry, validation, reporting, and ensuring adherence to data governance standards.

M-Th in-office with Friday remote. You will perform data quality checks, generate summaries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs and assist with audits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel.

This role will review work order data for accuracy and provide detailed review when needed. There will be data entry, work order research, invoice processing, and contractor research performed as part of this role. There will also be other duties as assigned.

The main function of a Data Management Associate is to support the organization's data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility by managing and maintaining databases and data systems. A typical Data Management Associate is responsible for data entry, validation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.
