Aquent in Evansville, IN is seeking a Data Management Associate to support data integrity by entering, validating, and maintaining databases. You will generate reports, perform data quality checks, and help ensure governance standards across systems.

Responsibilities include data entry in internal systems, research for data accuracy, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet data needs. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with SAP are preferred, with attention to confidentiality.

This role will review work order data for accuracy and provide detailed review when needed. There will be data entry, work order research, invoice processing, and contractor research performed as part of this role. There will also be other duties as assigned.

The main function of a Data Management Associate is to support the organization’s data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility by managing and maintaining databases and data systems. A typical Data Management Associate is responsible for data entry, validation, reporting, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in internal systems and databases with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform regular data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies or errors.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of data documentation and standard operating procedures.
