Job Title: Data Processor, Full TimeDepartment: ProductionReports To: Warranty Administration Team ManagerPosition Summary:The Data Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of data into Dealer Management Systems and Manufacturer Systems. Specifically, they execute clerical entry of recall campaigns and maintenance claims to WPI claim handling standards.Review and verify repair orders against dealership Dealer Management Systems (DMS) information to ensure accurate claim processing, submission, and account maintenance.Maintain accurate, organized records of warranty claims and related documentation.Audit warranty repair orders for accuracy and completeness, collaborating with customers and dealership personnel as needed to resolve discrepancies.Adhere to all WPI policies, procedures, and quality standards related to claim processing and account management.Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and career advancement opportunities within WPI.Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support departmental goals through additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.Benefits offered: Health, Dental and Vision Insurance.
