• Review and verify repair orders against DMS information for correct claim processing.
• Audit warranty repair orders for completeness and resolve discrepancies with customers and dealership personnel.
• Maintain organized records of warranty claims and related documentation.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards for claims processing.
