Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket US in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to update and maintain master data across components, finished goods, customers, and vendors within SAP PRD and PEW modules. You will support the Business Excellence team with data analysis and ensure master data accuracy for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools.
• Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Update master data to support distribution center efficiency and accuracy.
• Support Business Excellence team on data analysis.
• Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules for products, customers, and vendors.
• Update and revise work instructions and other documentation.
• Create training videos to support knowledge transfer to full-time employees.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required.
