Job summary

MAHLE Aftermarket US in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to update and maintain master data across components, finished goods, customers, and vendors within SAP PRD and PEW modules. You will support the Business Excellence team with data analysis and ensure master data accuracy for daily operations.

You will also revise work instructions, create training videos for knowledge transfer to full-time staff, and perform other duties as required in a collaborative

Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools.
• Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.

Your Contribution

• Ensure that all master data is updated to support the efficiency and accuracy within distribution center operations.
• Support Business Excellence team on data analysis.
• Update master data fields in SAP PRD and PEW modules. This includes product master data for components and finished goods, customer master data, and potentially vendor master data.
• Update and revise work instructions and other documentation.
• Create training videos to support the appropriate knowledge transfer to full time employees.
• Other duties and responsibilities may be required.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Ability to read, understand, and follow documented instructions.
• Basic mathematical and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, or other business analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Power Bi is a plus.
• Familiarity with driving a Forklift is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and email communication is preferrable.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills, with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
