Qualifications

• 4+ years of meaningful data privacy experience.
• Active Colorado law license.
• AM Law experience preferred.
• Strong drafting, counseling, and client-management skills.
• Experience advising technology, SaaS, life sciences, or other growth-oriented businesses is preferred.
• Ability to manage matters independently and communicate practical legal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on state, federal, and international privacy requirements.
• Draft and negotiate data privacy, technology, and commercial agreements.
• Counsel clients on product development, data use, and privacy compliance.
• Support corporate transactions involving privacy and data-security issues.
• Assist with incident response and breach preparedness.
• Develop practical, business-minded solutions for emerging privacy issues.
