• Ability to manage matters independently and communicate practical legal guidance.

The Opportunity

This is an advisory role-not a litigation position. The attorney will work directly with SaaS, technology, life sciences, and other growth-oriented companies on privacy compliance, contracts, product counseling, transactions, and incident response. This role offers the chance to handle sophisticated privacy matters within a highly rated Colorado firm. Privacy is a core practice, and attorneys are given meaningful client access, ownership of matters, and the opportunity to become trusted business advisers.
