Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Data Privacy Attorney for a hybrid role in Denver/Boulder. Expect a base salary up to $275k per year with bonuses, working closely with partners in a top-tier privacy practice.

You will advise technology clients on GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and AI/privacy regulations, draft DPAs and SaaS agreements, and contribute to privacy governance programs and incident response planning.

Qualifications

• Privacy law experience across GDPR/CCPA/CPRA and related regulations.
• Experience advising technology/SaaS/AI companies on privacy and security.
• Background in data privacy governance and contract privacy provisions.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on privacy and cybersecurity compliance across contracts and transactions.
• Draft and negotiate data privacy provisions in commercial agreements (DPA, SaaS, IP licensing).
• Support privacy diligence for M&A and other transactions.
