• Navigate industry-specific privacy laws and regulations.
• Draft and review privacy notices, policies, and disclosures.
• Conduct comprehensive privacy risk assessments.
• Perform privacy compliance due diligence for transactions.
• Stay current on emerging privacy legislation and regulatory developments.
