Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Data Privacy Professional to collaborate with internal teams on information security and data privacy aspects of vendor agreements. You will ensure that all information security and data privacy requirements specified in agreements and contracts are met and fulfilled.

You will provide inputs and support senior management to negotiate with third parties regarding security guidelines and policy provisions in agreements, and you will evaluate data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge in Information Security or Data Privacy preferred.
• CIPP or CIPM certification preferred.
• Contract negotiation, contract review, or contract management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams on information security and data privacy aspects of vendor agreements.
• Ensure information security and data privacy requirements in agreements and contracts are met.
• Provide inputs and support senior management to negotiate with third parties on security guidelines and policy provisions.
• Evaluate data privacy questions from external parties and formulate Reynolds’ responses for management review and approval.
