Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking a Data Privacy Professional to ensure information security and privacy requirements are met in vendor agreements. You will collaborate with internal teams to review contracts and advise on policy provisions.

You will support management in negotiating security terms with third parties, handle external privacy inquiries, and draft Reynolds responses for review and approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience or knowledge in Information Security or Data Privacy.
• Preferred: Certification of CIPP or CIPM.
• Preferred: Contract negotiation, contract review, or contract management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal teams concerning information security and data privacy in business agreements with vendors.
• Support senior management to negotiate security guidelines and policy provisions in agreements.
• Evaluate data privacy questions from outside third parties and formulate Reynolds’ responses for management review and approval.
