Job summary

REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS CO is seeking a Data Privacy Professional to collaborate with internal teams on information security and data privacy aspects of vendor agreements. You will ensure that all requirements in contracts are met and support senior management in negotiating security provisions with third parties.

The role requires strong communication to address external privacy questions and to formulate responses for management review and approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience or knowledge in information security or data privacy.
• Preferred: Certification of CIPP or CIPM.
• Preferred: Contract negotiation, contract review, or contract management experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure information security and data privacy requirements in vendor contracts are met.
• Support senior management in negotiating security guidelines with third parties.
• Evaluate external data privacy questions and prepare Reynolds' responses for management review.
