Qualifications

• At least one year of data privacy, data protection and/or data security experience.
• Demonstrated interest in the field, including CIPP certification.
• Ideally some AI experience.
• Ideally some incident response and data breach experience.
• Strong academic record with robust legal research and writing skills.
• Active and admitted to the local state bar or eligible to waive in.

Responsabilités

• Provide privacy counseling and guidance to clients on data privacy and AI matters.
• Review and draft data retention policies, data processing agreements, and incident response plans.
• Assist with data breach response matters and incident reports.
• Stay current with federal/state privacy, AI laws and cybersecurity regulations.
