Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of data privacy, data protection and/or data security experience
• Demonstrated interest including CIPP certification
• AI experience preferred
• Experience with incident response and data breach matters preferred
• Strong academic record with excellent legal research and writing skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative; bar admission active or eligible to waive in

Responsibilities

• Provide privacy counseling and guidance to clients
• Draft and review data retention policies and processing agreements
• Develop incident response plans, reports, and breach notifications
• Assist with data breach response matters and AI-related matters
• Keep current with state, federal privacy and cybersecurity laws
