Job summary

Citco in Dallas is seeking a Manager, Data, Reporting & Platform Enablement to lead data, reporting and platform delivery within Strategic Operations. You will own analysis, reporting build and testing across fund structures and client transitions.

The role requires 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to partner with technology teams to drive data quality and improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in private assets accounting or operations with exposure to reporting or data work.
• Solid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the data they produce.
• Hands-on experience building or maintaining reporting, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.
• Comfortable working with technology partners and asking the questions needed to get to a root cause.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.
• Attention to detail and a proven ability to manage several pieces of work at once.

Responsibilities

• Support data, reporting and platform delivery with hands-on ownership of analysis, reporting build and testing.
• Gather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.
• Build, test and maintain reporting outputs and analysis used to evidence problems and measure benefits.
• Investigate data quality issues and trace them back to source.
• Build and execute test scripts for platform and reporting change, and track defects through to resolution.
• Prepare user guidance and support Operations teams through go-live.
