Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Director of Data Management & Data Platforms to own the enterprise data environment, including SQL Server, Oracle, Azure SQL, Databricks, and Data360 MDM. You will shape a multi-year roadmap and oversee governance, security, and cost management across platforms.

The role requires strong Databricks expertise, governance discipline, and experience leading global teams and offshore vendors while collaborating with Security, EA, and BI stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Databricks certification strongly preferred
• 12+ years in data management with 7+ years in leading teams
• Databricks in production enterprise environment experience (Unity Catalog, Delta Lake, Workflows)

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the enterprise data platform strategy and 1–3 year roadmap
• Lead evaluation of Snowflake and other platforms with business case development
• Own Databricks environment end to end: workspace, policies, ingestion and serving layers
• Provide leadership to offshore vendor resources and partner withSecurity, EA, BI teams
