Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to drive strategy for a technical product line within the Enterprise organization. You will align with stakeholders to shape roadmaps, own the backlog, and ensure delivery of marketable capabilities across engineering teams.

Responsibilities include governance, KPI tracking, and collaboration with Data Office, MDM, and architecture to improve data quality and adoption, while leveraging OKRs to prioritize roadmap outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical data product management.
• Experience translating business requirements into product capabilities.
• Strong data analytics and governance knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AC360 and related data assets.
• Maintain clear ownership boundaries between enterprise data and domain-owned data products.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to evaluate solutions and modernization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize the backlog balancing new features, tech debt, defects, governance, and stability.
