Johnson & Johnson, DePuy Synthes, is recruiting a Data Platform Manager to own the strategy and roadmaps for a modern data platform across Orthopedics. You will lead a scalable lakehouse, reusable ingestion frameworks, and governance, enabling trusted data products and AI-powered analytics.

You will supervise internal engineers and partners, translate business needs into platform capabilities, and ensure production readiness while aligning with enterprise AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional work experience.
• Experience in designing or modernizing a data platform or lakehouse.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, Delta Lake.
• Experience with cloud data services (Azure and/or AWS).
• Ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities and roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Own and implement the Data Platform strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead the design of a scalable Databricks lakehouse using medallion architecture.
• Design reusable ingestion and data pipeline frameworks with batch and streaming patterns.
• Establish platform engineering standards for data modeling, testing, CI/CD, and security.
• Implement data governance and data quality controls within engineering workflows.
• Provide leadership for internal engineers and external partners.
