Job summary

Hadrian is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Data Platform to build and scale the data backbone powering factory operations. You will lead a cross-functional team, own the roadmap, and ensure reliability, data quality, and governance across Snowflake, Iceberg, Kafka, and dbt integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading production data infrastructure or similar platforms.
• Ability to design and govern data contracts and data quality SLAs.
• Experience with real-time data pipelines and event streams.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Hadrian's data platform team across ingestion, CDC, streaming, warehouse, lakehouse, and orchestration.
• Own roadmap, delivery, and performance of the data platform.
• Raise reliability, observability, security, and data governance standards.
